Today we were over the moon to be featured by the fresh, colourful and inspiring lifestyle brand and blog A Beautiful Mess. A Beautiful Mess focuses on “creating happiness every single day through a homemade lifestyle blog” and they are certainly practising what they preach by making us all very happy bunnies over here at Layer!
They took a close up view at Hannah’s house in Peckham, South London which was totally renovated before she moved in last year. If you want to see in detail what the house looked liked before and how it was completely transformed, you can here.
What is A Beautiful Mess?
A Beautiful Mess was created by two American sisters from the Midwest, Elsie and Emma, who blog about all things creative – from crafts and interiors, to recipes and style. It’s an absolute treasure trove of inspiration and ideas. We love that they’re a family team (like us!) and that both of their styles and interests are represented across the website. They’ve developed a beautiful website with such a strong brand and lovely small details. We’ve followed their blog for a while and are totally buzzing to be featured on there today!
They have a totally fantastic ethos that really resonated with us, and we think it’s an absolutely lovely mantra to live by.
Hi new friends!
We are delighted to be connecting with new followers from across the pond and we have some exciting posts lined up for all of you in the coming days.
What’s coming up?
Firstly, you probably already know that we’re huge fans of the hidden gem that is Sunbury Antiques Market, and this week we spoke to the organiser about its history from humble beginnings to become one of the largest and most inspiring antiques gathering in Europe.
Next, we’ve got another Before and After project coming up! Denise will be sharing another recent project – turning an empty and useless garden space into a beautiful hideaway Summer lodge at the bottom of her garden.
